Tadd’s passion has always been fresh food with layers of bold flavors.  His family’s weekends are centered around a good meal at a big table or a football game!  After over 20 years in the medical industry, this home cook decided to take his passion for food and make it a career.  Tadd, husband and father of 4, found that when you have great food at your own table with your loved ones, magical conversations happen.

From this idea, Tadd’s Coastal Kitchen was formed.  Tadd has lived in places all over the south and his food is influenced by all of his journeys!  On his weekly, ever-changing menu, you will see meals from his southern roots in Birmingham, Alabama. Southwestern flavors from Texas, funky southern fusion from Nashville, Tennessee and of course, the coastal flavors of Mobile.

  He wanted to make it easy for families to gather without the stress of preparing a meal.  Tadd’s Coastal Kitchen provides home cooked, prepared meals with homemade sauces, dressings and fresh herbs, packaged for you to pick up and warm when you are ready to eat them.  He hopes that this service he offers will make your life a little less stressful and your time at home more enjoyable.
